LICENSE AGREEMENT. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different License Agreement signed by Assistance and Resources for Computing, Inc., your use of this software you indicates your acceptance of this License Agreement and Warranty. The terms of this License, as well as the EditURLs features and interface design are subject to change in future Versions.

COPYRIGHT. All copyrights to EditURLs are exclusively owned by Assistance and Resources for Computing, Inc., or its suppliers. All Rights are, hereby, Reserved.

DISTRIBUTION. The original unmodified FreeWare version may be freely transferred to other parties except that this is not allowed to be done for profit.

GRANT OF LICENSE. No Registration or Licensing fee is required for the use of this FreeWare version.

RESERVED RIGHTS. Assistance and Resources for Computing, Inc. reserves the right to change this software from FreeWare to ShareWare and reserves the right to incorporate any or all parts of this program into a different program which may, or may not be FreeWare.
GOVERNING LAW. This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. This software and the accompanying files is distributed "as is" and without Warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other Warranties whether expressed or implied. No Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Neither Assistance and Resources for Computing, Inc., nor any of it's owners, employees or suppliers will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software. The user assumes the entire risk of using the program. Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price.

TERMINATION. If you do not agree with the terms of this License or fail to comply with the terms of this License, the License is automatically and immediately terminated. You then must immediately cease use of the product and remove the EditURLs file(s) from your system's storage devices.
